Petbarn Cairns has a wide range of items and very friendly and helpful staff. I needed advice on my American Bulldog x American Staffordshire terrier with allergies and was pointed in the right direction to try Nectar skin + Coat. They also offer price matching with Vet Supply so make sure to ask for price match guarantee! Love this place and is my go to for my pups supplies!

I love Petbarn Weatcourt. It's a great store,absolutely everything you could possibly want, or need can be found there. I found the staff really knowledgeable which was a bonus. They were super friendly as well.

Staff uninterested & complacent. Happy to spend hundreds on new kitten. Left alone & spent $50. Overpriced, above average range of products. Gift bag excellent & information good.

I visited PetBarn today to purchase a male fish & water treatment for my existing aquarium. I was assisted by staff member Paris, who was incredibly helpful, provided me with loads of tips & advice! The knowledge & friendliness I received from Paris is why I will return to the store to make future purchases :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to match price 99petshops with your items. Petbarn are great at price matching but obviously they can't go below their cost price!

I’m joined Healthy Pets Plus for 12 months in February 2023 and received $70 Petbarn Voucher. Voucher took a month to be issued. I went to use my voucher 5 months later in August 2023, only for Petbarn not to honour the voucher claiming it had expired (2 month expiry). These companies are affiliated. I did not receive a reminder email to advise me to use up my voucher. Healthy Pets Plus Petbarn $70 Voucher expires in 2 months of issue…thus is not good enough Petbarn!
